IDENTIFIKASI SENYAWA PADA BATANG KROKOT (Portulaca oleracea L.) DAN POTENSINYA SEBAGAI AKTIVATOR SUPEROKSIDA DISMUTASE IN SILICO

Superoksida dismutase (SOD) merupakan enzim yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan dalam tubuh. Antioksidan dapat menangkal radikal bebas ada Krokot bahan alternatif telah terbukti memiliki sifat antioksidan, namun belum diketahui apakah batang krokot meningkatkan aktivitas SOD dan jenis senyawa berperan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui potensi terhadap pada tersebut melalui penambatan molekuler reseptor PDB ID 1CB4. dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi menggunakan LC-MS/MS QTOF, kemudian memprediksi bioavailabilitas toksisitasnya, dilanjutkan molekuler. Hasil diidentifikasi parameter energi Gibbs (∆G), konstanta disosiasi (Kd), residu berikatan antara ligan. Xanthosine terbaik nilai (∆G) sebesar -7.00 kkal/mol Kd 7.37 µM. Selain itu, hasil identifikasi ligan menunjukkan bahwa xanthosine terikat situs aktivator alosterik enzim. Simpulan penelitian adalah menjadi superoksida secara in silico.
